A simple guide to what happens from the moment you place your order to the day your finished piece arrives home.

1. Choose Your Piece

Begin by selecting the jewellery piece that feels right for you.

Whether you choose a keepsake stone design, hidden inclusion jewellery, or memorial urn jewellery, each piece is created individually and made to order.

Once your order is placed, preparation of your Collection Kit begins.

2. Receive Your Collection Kit

Every order includes a complimentary Collection Kit designed to help you safely return your inclusions to the studio.

Your kit includes:

  • Printed instructions
  • Labelled inclusion bags
  • Protective microfibre pouch
  • Prepaid tracked return packaging

Each kit is prepared specifically for your order and labelled with your unique order details.

3. Prepare Your Inclusions

Only a small amount of material is required.

Depending on the piece you have chosen, inclusions may include:

  • Ashes
  • Fur
  • Hair
  • Whiskers
  • Feathers
  • Dried flowers
  • Fabric fragments
  • Other meaningful materials

Any unused inclusions are carefully returned with your completed jewellery.

If you are unsure whether a material is suitable, simply get in touch before posting.

4. Send Your Inclusions

Place your inclusions into the labelled bags provided, following the instructions included in your Collection Kit.

The completed kit can then be returned using the prepaid tracked packaging supplied.

Many clients also choose to include:

  • A photograph
  • A short note
  • Details about the person or pet being remembered
  • Special requests they would like considered during the creation process

These additions are entirely optional.

5. Safe Arrival & Documentation

You'll receive an email once your inclusions arrive safely at the studio.

Every inclusion is treated with care and handled individually throughout the process.

All inclusions are:

  • Photographed upon receipt
  • Documented and recorded
  • Assigned to your order only
  • Stored individually throughout the creation process

Only one client's inclusions are handled at a time.

Unused inclusions remain securely stored until they are returned with your finished piece.

6. Creating Your Jewellery

Once your inclusions have been received and documented, work begins on your piece.

Every item is individually created by hand and made specifically for your order.

Current processing time is approximately 10–12 calendar weeks from the date your inclusions are received.

Because each piece is created individually, subtle variations are part of the process and contribute to the uniqueness of every keepsake.

7. Final Quality Check

Before leaving the studio, every piece undergoes a final inspection.

This includes checking:

  • Craftsmanship
  • Finish quality
  • Settings
  • Inclusions
  • Packaging

The aim is simple: to ensure your piece is ready to be worn, gifted, and enjoyed.

8. Return & Delivery

Your completed jewellery is carefully packaged and shipped using tracked delivery.

Any unused inclusions are returned alongside your finished piece whenever possible using the same containers provided in your Collection Kit.

Tracking information is provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

A Quiet Process

Every piece is approached with care, respect, and attention to detail from beginning to end.

From the moment your inclusions arrive to the day your jewellery returns home, the focus remains the same: creating something meaningful that can continue to accompany everyday life.
