Processing Time
Each piece is individually handcrafted using the inclusions provided.
Current processing time is approximately 10–12 calendar weeks from the date inclusions are received at the studio.
An email confirmation will be sent once your inclusions arrive safely.
If you require your piece by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering to discuss availability.
Collection Kit
A complimentary Collection Kit is included with every order.
The kit contains everything needed to safely return your inclusions to the studio, including:
- Printed instructions
- Pre-labelled inclusion bags linked to your order number
- Protective microfibre pouch
- Prepaid tracked return packaging
Only a small amount of material is required. Any unused inclusions will be carefully returned with your finished piece.
Sending Inclusions
Inclusions may include:
- Ashes
- Fur, Hair, or Whiskers
- Feathers
- Dried flowers
- Fabric fragments
- Other meaningful materials
If you would like to include an unusual material, please contact the studio before posting.
Please only send a small portion of any inclusion. While tracked postage is used and loss is uncommon, sentimental materials cannot generally be insured by postal carriers and should never represent the entirety of what you have.
All inclusions are photographed, documented, and stored individually throughout the creation process.
Each order is assigned a unique identification number to ensure materials remain traceable from arrival through to completion and return.
Shipping & Tracking
All Collection Kits and completed jewellery pieces are shipped using tracked delivery services within the island of Ireland.
Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside the control of Moments Remain. While every effort will be made to assist in the event of delays or delivery issues, delivery services are provided by independent carriers and transit times cannot be guaranteed.
Orders & Inclusions
Collection Kits should ideally be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Orders may be cancelled after extended periods where inclusions have not been received and no communication has been made. If additional time is needed, simply get in touch and arrangements can be made.
International Shipping
At present, Moments Remain serves customers within the island of Ireland only.
International shipping options are currently being researched to ensure inclusions can be transported safely, respectfully, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
