DESCRIPTION
Your chosen jewellery will be made once your inclusions arrive. The current turnaround time is 10–12 weeks after receiving your inclusions.
Each piece is finished with quiet attention:
- your inclusions are placed beneath the accent stones with care and precision
- a permanent, protective bonding method is used to hold them safely in place
- the inclusions are securely held but not visible
- the finished piece is checked at each stage and packaged with care before returning home
Because each piece is completed by hand, no two will ever be the same. Your jewellery will hold its own character — a subtle reflection of the story behind it.
All unused inclusions are returned to you with your finished piece.

MATERIALS
About our materials
Most pieces are set in sterling silver as standard. Gold plated finishes — white, yellow, and rose — are available as an alternative on most pieces, created on a sterling silver base.
Plating naturally softens over time with wear. The keepsake stone and your inclusions within it are unaffected by surface wear — only the surface colour changes.
If you would like a solid gold setting, this is available on selected resin pieces by arrangement. Please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to discuss options with you.
You can read more about metals, finishes, and long‑term care in our Materials Guide.
MAILING PROCESS
You'll find full instructions for sending your inclusions on our Shipping Policy page. Please read this carefully before sending your materials — particularly if you are sending human cremated remains.
PERSONAL OPTIONS
These options are available for anyone who would like a little more support or connection during the process. They are offered quietly and without pressure — simply as gentle additions for those who want them.
A quiet conversation
If you would like to speak about the meaning behind your piece, you’re welcome to request a short phone or video call before sending your inclusions.
Share the story
You may include a note or email if you’d like to share the story behind your jewellery.
Anything you share is held privately and respectfully.
Special wishes or guidance
If you have particular hopes for the appearance of your stone, or if you’re unsure which metal or style feels right, you can email or call the studio for gentle guidance.
A quiet moment
If you wish, you may share a memory, a few words, or a meaningful song.
These are held in a quiet moment before your piece is created.
